How to Make Keto Creamy Tomato Bacon Pork Chops
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the pork chops on both sides with the basil,
garlic powder
and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the pork chops to the skillet, and sear evenly on all sides until cooked through.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Drain the excess oil from the skillet, and reduce the heat to medium.
Place the butter and garlic in the skillet, and saute for 1 minute.
Stir in the chicken or beef broth
and the heavy whipping cream.
Saute until beginning to thicken.
Mix in the parmesan cheese,
tomatoes
and bacon.
Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Return the pork chops to the skillet, and toss to coat in the sauce.
Serve immediately.

- 1 C. Diced tomatoes drained
- ¼ C. Beef or chicken broth
- ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- ⅓ C. Chopped bacon pieces
