  • 1 lb. Ground chicken
  • 1 Package of miracle noodles rinsed and drained well
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Ginger paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Sesame oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 C. Chopped bok choy greens

For the sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp. Natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil with Red pepper flakes to taste added to it
  • 2 tsp. Granulated sweetener of choice
  • ¼ C. Chicken broth
  • ¼ C. Chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped peanuts

Instructions
