How to Make Keto Sausage And Feta Stuffed Peppers
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the peppers in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
Place the peppers in a casserole dish and drizzle with the olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes.
While the peppers are baking, saute the sausage in a skillet over medium high heat until completely browned.
Drain any excess grease, and add the spinach to the skillet.
Saute just until the spinach is wilted.
Mix ⅔ of the feta cheese into the sausage and spinach mixture.
Stuff the peppers with the sausage mixture, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with the remaining feta and serve.
