How To Make Keto Jalapeno Popper Lasagna Pasta Roll Ups
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the cream cheese,
bacon,
½ cup of the cheddar cheese,
chopped jalapenos,
garlic powder
chicken, and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl, and beat until well combined.
Spread ¼ cup of salsa in the bottom of a baking dish.
Place a bit of the filling on one end of each lasagna noodle, and roll the noodle closed over the filling.
Place the rollups seam side down in the bottom of the baking dish.
Top with the remaining salsa
and cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.

- 1 Can Palmini Lasagna Noodles rinsed and drained
- 2 C. Shredded chicken breast
- 1 C. Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ¼ C. Chopped bacon pieces
- 2 Jalapeno peppers deseeded and finely chopped
- ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the cream cheese, chicken, ½ cup of the cheddar cheese, bacon, chopped jalapenos, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl, and beat until well combined.
