How To Make Keto Tuscan Chicken Mac And Cheese Pasta
Add the olive oil and shredded chicken to a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in ½ tsp of Italian seasoning and saute until the chicken is warmed through.
Remove, and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat.
Mix in the minced garlic
and roasted red peppers.
Saute for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream,
1 tsp of Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Saute until the sauce has thickened.
Stir in the spinach until wilted.
Mix in 1 cup of the shredded cheese until completely melted.
Add in the chicken
and palmini noodles, and stir to combine.
Place the mixture in a well greased baking dish, and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

- 2 C. Spinach leaves raw
- 1 Can Palmini linguini rinsed and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
