How to Make Keto Chicken And Shrimp Alfredo Pasta
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the chicken to the skillet,
and season with the onion powder,
garlic powder,
oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the chicken until almost cooked through,
and then add in the shrimp.
Saute until the shrimp and chicken are completely cooked.
Remove and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter to the skillet.
Mix the garlic into the skillet once the butter has melted.
Saute for 30 seconds.
Pour the heavy whipping cream into the skillet, and saute until thickened.
Add salt and pepper to taste as well as the parmesan cheese.
Stir to combine.
Place the noodles into the pan
along with the cooked meat.
Toss to coat, and saute another 5 minutes before serving.
Serve

- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Can Palmini linguini rinsed and drained
