How to Make Keto Tie Dye Crockpot Cake
Mix together all of the ingredients for the cake
with the exception of the food coloring and sprinkles.
Separate the batter into 4 bowls.
Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl, a different color for each bowl.
Mix well to color the batter completely.
Drop the batter by the spoonful into the bottom of a well greased Crockpot, alternating colors as you go.
Cover, and cook on high for 2 hours.
Remove, and let cool completely.
Blend together the ingredients for the icing until smooth.
Cut the cake into even slices, and spread with the icing before serving.

Ingredients
For the cake:
- 2 ½ C. Almond flour
- ¼ C. Almond milk unsweetened
- ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum
- 3 Large eggs
- 6 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
- ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 4 Different colors of food coloring we used neon colors
- Keto friendly sprinkles optional
For the icing:
- 6 Tbsp. Butter softened and unsalted
- 6 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
Instructions
- Mix together all of the ingredients for the cake with the exception of the food coloring and sprinkles.
