How to Make Keto Thai Basil Shrimp
Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
Place the shrimp
and red bell pepper into the skillet, and saute until the peppers have softened and the shrimp is cooked through.
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce,
oyster sauce,
brown sugar substitute
and minced garlic.
Mix the green onions,
serrano pepper
and basil into the skillet, and saute another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the mixture in the skillet,
and saute for a minute or two longer before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Large shrimp peeled deveined, and tails off
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced
- 2 Serrano peppers deseeded and finely chopped
- ¼ C. Chopped green onion
- ½ C. Fresh thai basil chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp. Swerve brown sugar substitute
- 3 tsp. Minced garlic
Instructions
- Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
- Place the shrimp and red bell pepper into the skillet, and saute until the peppers have softened and the shrimp is cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar substitute and minced garlic.
